We have added another deep fryer to our kitchen - to allow more ability to do some good fried foods.  I know too much oil is not good, but just ration your input of fried goods.  It works for me, and it can work for you too.

We are trying to do a couple of specials each day - items that are not

on the regular menu.  I am not listing them here yet because we haven't

ironed it all out.  Check the board at the bottom of the stairs for details.

Thursday         Scones

Everyday         Fresh baked cookies

I want to have the Espresso Bar ready no later than 6:30 - earlier if I can make it happen.

I am still interested in a hot dog cooker or some type.  I am interested in your opinions
on the preferred cooking method.  I frequently had a "spicey dog" from a 7-11 I used to work by, and I personally like brats, hot dogs (good ones), German sausages, and other
types of dogs - so I will be a regular user of this service.  They are a good change of pace for lunch or snacks.
